We love to travel and see new places, and one place that we had been wanting to visit for awhile was New England. It was somewhere that we had never explored together despite it being fairly close compared to some of the other destinations that we talk about traveling to, and you have to admit, there is a certain New England charm that is just undeniable. The beautiful rocky coast with sailboats bobbing around. The smell of the sea in the air, and fresh seafood that is to die for. And yet, we’d never experienced it together. So, we decided to make a trip to Boston the week of our 3rd anniversary, and also planned a day trip to New Haven, CT to meet up with Justin & Mary Marantz! The apartment we called home for the week was in a beautiful historic building in South End, within walking distance of EVERYTHING! It was wonderful! We had so much fun simply walking hand in hand down the brick sidewalks surrounded by beautiful architecture. Standing in the middle of the Public Garden with the evening sun streaming through the tall trees was breathtaking. We just stood there…breathing…soaking in the sounds of the city. It was an amazing week away to be refreshed and reinvigorated, and we’re so excited to finally be able to share it with you all!

We also got to see Amanda’s cousin Courtney and her family while we were in Boston! Little William is the most handsome little man 🙂
